Wellbegood Witches by Alexis Rose is a two-part dark fantasy with a strange mystery at its heart, inspired by Charmed and Buffy, set on the gothic Yorkshire coast.

Alexis has been writing since she was given a typewriter on her fifth birthday. Growing up with his nose in books like Mossflower, Lord of the Rings, and the Witches of Whitby, it’s no surprise that he now writes fiction around themes like found families, coming-of-age stories, and outsiders finding their place in the world, all with a supernatural setting.

Good Witches: The first part is the opening duology in the Canham Cove universe. Meet twins Rory and Yara as they learn that magic is not just a myth, but something they are destined to be bound to in their adult lives. The events they set in motion – and a shipwrecked stranger who brings chaos to their doorstep – will change the way the hidden and supernatural underworld operates forever.

• The Promoter will not be liable for lost or late competition entries.
• Only one entry per person allowed for the duration of the competition. Multiple entries by one person (including but not limited to using multiple email addresses) will be considered invalid and will result in disqualification.
• The winner will be selected at any time by an independent judge and will be notified by email or phone. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
