Ansley Park Capital adds to the group’s financing, origination and leasing operations

Ansley Park Capital, a lending and specialty finance platform, has made four strategic hires across its finance, origination and operations operations as it continues to grow.

Rachel Kranitz has been hired as executive director and controller, and will lead the firm’s accounting, financial reporting, and regulatory functions.

He joins from GE HealthCare, where he served as senior chartered accountancy manager with responsibility for financial reporting and accounting systems for a $250m (£186.6m) global real estate portfolio.

Prior to that, Kranitz held a series of senior management roles at General Electric, where he led enterprise-wide financial transformation initiatives, as well as improved governance and compliance structures.

In addition, Ansley Park hired David Gomes as vice president and assistant administrator to support the company’s various regulatory functions.

He worked at General Electric and GE Capital for over ten years in various finance leadership roles and, most recently, as a regulatory consultant, supporting accounting and SEC reporting functions at Mastercard and Rite Aid.

Audrey Trollinger also joins as executive vice president, origination, with a focus on supporting the firm’s origination deals and portfolio growth.

His experience in machine finance and renewable energy lending. In his previous role at First Horizon Bank, he supported the management and analysis of a multi-billion dollar loan and lease portfolio and led credit quality monitoring and reporting systems.

Finally, Susan Parker was appointed by Ansley Park as director of office operations, responsible for overseeing day-to-day administrative and operational activities. He has over 20 years of corporate and business experience, including as CEO of his own business.

Appointments follow two hires Ansley Park made to its capital markets team last month.

The New York firm offers flexible and customized financial solutions for critical applications, big-ticket equipment and machinery. It was founded by Ares Management in 2024 and was founded by a fund managed by Ares Alternative Credit.
